RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

1. GENERAL INFORMATION
MAXANDY is an e-commerce business operated by Massimo Gigliotti, based at Via Monte Bisbino 70, 21042 Caronno Pertusella (VA), Italy.
This Notice governs returns, the right of withdrawal, refunds, and reports relating to purchases made on the website www.maxandy.store.
2. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY
MAXANDY offers customers the option to request a return within 30 days of the order’s delivery date.
This more favorable commercial policy does not limit the mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable European and national law.
3. PRODUCT CONDITIONS
To be accepted under the commercial return policy, the product must:
- be in the same condition in which it was received;
- have not been used, consumed, altered, or damaged;
- be complete with its original packaging, labels, and accessories;
- retain any security or protective seals intact;
- be accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase;
The customer is responsible for the packaging used for the return.
4. LEGAL RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers residing in the European Union or the European Economic Area may exercise the right of withdrawal provided for by applicable law within 14 days of receiving the product, without having to give a reason.
For other European countries, any mandatory protections provided by the law of the consumer’s country of residence shall apply.
In any event, MAXANDY maintains its commercial 30-day return policy, under the conditions set out in this notice.
5. HOW TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL OR REQUEST A RETURN

The request must include:
- first and last name;
- order number;
- the product you wish to return;
- a withdrawal statement or reason for the return;
- photographs, when necessary.
MAXANDY will provide return instructions.
Products sent without prior notification may not be immediately identifiable or manageable.
6. RETURN DEADLINE
When exercising the statutory right of withdrawal, the product must be shipped without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of notifying the withdrawal.
For returns requested under the commercial policy within 30 days, the product must be returned within the period specified in the instructions provided by MAXANDY.

The customer must keep the receipt and tracking number until the procedure is complete.
8. RETURN COSTS
In the event of a change of mind or withdrawal, the direct costs of returning the product are borne by the customer.
The costs are instead borne by MAXANDY when the product received is:
- defective;
- damaged during transport;
- different from the one ordered;
- incomplete;
- does not comply with the essential characteristics stated.
Customers must not send a defective or incorrect product independently before receiving instructions from MAXANDY.
9. PERFUMES AND SKINCARE PRODUCTS
For health and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal may be excluded in the cases provided for by applicable law for sealed products that have been opened after delivery and are no longer suitable for return.
Perfumes and skincare products must therefore be returned intact, unused, and with any security seals or hygienic packaging unopened.
Opening only the outer packaging does not automatically result in the rejection of the return if the product’s seals remain intact and it can be returned in safe and legally compliant condition.
10. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Customers are encouraged to check their order immediately after delivery.
In the event of a damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect product, we recommend contacting MAXANDY within 48 hours to facilitate the necessary checks.
The report should include:
- order number;
- description of the problem;
- photograph of the product;
- photographs of the packaging;
- photograph of the shipping label.
The 48-hour period is an organizational recommendation and does not limit the rights granted to consumers under applicable legislation.
11. REFUND UNDER THE STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In the event of a valid withdrawal, MAXANDY will refund:
- the price of the product;
- any costs of the standard delivery method originally paid.
Additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method more expensive than the standard option offered will not be refunded.
The refund will be issued within 14 days of notification of withdrawal.
MAXANDY may suspend the refund until the returned products are received or until proof of their shipment is received, whichever occurs first.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
12. RETURNS FROM THE FIFTEENTH TO THE THIRTIETH DAY
For returns requested after the first 14 days but within the commercial 30-day period:
- the price of the accepted product will be refunded;
- the original shipping costs will not be refunded, except in the case of a defective, damaged, or incorrect product;
- return shipping costs are borne by the customer;
- the product must comply with all the conditions of this notice.
The refund will be arranged after receipt and inspection of the product.
13. CREDITING TIMES
After the refund is issued, the actual crediting time depends on the bank, card issuer, or payment method.

14. STATUTORY WARRANTY
The return policy and the right of withdrawal do not replace the statutory legal guarantee of conformity.
Consumers retain all remedies provided for under applicable legislation in the event of a defective, non-conforming, or different product from the one described.
For consumers in the European Union, the minimum statutory warranty provided for under applicable European and national legislation applies.
