MAXANDY sells and ships to Italy and other European countries available and selectable during checkout.
Product, market, and shipping method availability may vary depending on the country and destination address indicated by the customer.

2. USE OF THE SITE
By using the site, the user declares:

We undertake to describe the products as clearly and accurately as possible, indicating the main features, size, price and availability on their respective pages.
Product images are for illustrative purposes. Colors, packaging or aesthetic details may differ slightly due to:

- packaging updates made by the manufacturer;
- different production batches;
- non-substantial changes introduced by the manufacturer.
These differences do not affect consumer rights if the product received differs from the essential characteristics stated or has a lack of conformity.
All products sold by MAXANDY are new and are purchased through selected suppliers, distributors and business partners.
Cosmetic, skincare and perfumery products must be used exclusively according to the instructions and warnings provided by the manufacturer.

MAXANDY reserves the right to modify the catalog or discontinue the sale of a product.
These changes do not affect orders already accepted, except in the event of subsequent unavailability communicated to the customer, resulting in a refund or another agreed solution.
4. PRICES, TAXES AND COSTS
Prices are displayed in the currency available for the selected market and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise clearly indicated before purchase.
Prices may vary depending on:

- logistics costs;
- any currency that may be used.
Any shipping costs and other applicable amounts are shown during checkout before payment is confirmed.
The applicable price is the one displayed when the order is submitted, except in cases of obvious and clearly recognizable errors.
MAXANDY may change product prices at any time.
The changes do not apply retroactively to orders already concluded.
For European destinations located outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges required by the laws of the destination country may apply.
When these amounts are not included in the price or collected during checkout, they may be charged directly to the recipient by the competent authorities or the courier.
5. ORDERS AND CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
Submitting the order constitutes a purchase proposal from the customer.
Before confirming the order, the customer can check:
- the selected products;
- the quantities;
- the price;
- any shipping costs;
- the delivery address;
- the payment method;
- the total amount.
After receiving the order, MAXANDY sends an automatic email containing a summary of the purchase.
This communication confirms receipt of the order.
The contract is considered concluded when MAXANDY confirms acceptance of the order or begins processing it, except:
- obvious errors in the price or description;
- product unavailability;
- failure to authorize the payment;
- incomplete or incorrect information;
- reasonable suspicions of fraud;
- inability to deliver to the address provided.
MAXANDY reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the cases indicated above, informing the customer as soon as possible.
If payment has already been made, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
If a product is unavailable, MAXANDY may offer an alternative product.
The customer is free to accept or refuse the replacement.
6. PAYMENTS
MAXANDY accepts the payment methods available and displayed during checkout.
Payments are processed through Shopify, Shopify Payments, and any other payment service providers active on the site.
The customer must use a valid payment method for which they have the necessary authorization.
Complete payment card details are not normally stored directly by MAXANDY.
Transactions are handled by payment providers through secure systems and connections.
MAXANDY may suspend the processing of an order when the payment:
- is not authorized;
- is incomplete;
- is disputed;
- shows indicators of possible fraud;
- requires additional security checks.
7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
MAXANDY sells and ships to Italy and the other European countries available at checkout.
Orders are processed within a maximum of 2 business days.
The times indicated below are total times and also include order processing.
Estimated times:
- perfumes: 4–7 total business days;
- skincare products: 5–8 total business days.
The following rates apply to orders containing perfumes:
- 1 perfume: €4.20;
- 2 perfumes: €5.20;
- 3 or more perfumes: free shipping.
Shipping is free for skincare products.
For mixed orders containing perfumes and skincare products, the shipping cost is determined based on the number of perfumes in the cart.
The final amount is always shown at checkout before payment.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to causes not directly controllable by MAXANDY, including:
- courier delays;
- public holidays;
- strikes;
- weather conditions;
- high logistics volumes;
- customs checks;
- force majeure events;
- incorrect or incomplete addresses;
- the recipient cannot be reached.
When the order is handed over to the courier, the customer receives a shipping confirmation by email.
The tracking code or link is communicated when available and provided by the courier.

8. ORDER MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION
The customer may request to modify or cancel an order by contacting MAXANDY as soon as possible.
The request can only be accepted if the order has not already been:
- prepared;
- sent to the supplier or logistics partner;
- handed over to the courier;
- shipped.
MAXANDY cannot guarantee that an order can be modified or cancelled after processing has begun.
When cancellation is no longer possible, the customer may exercise the right of withdrawal or request a return in accordance with the conditions set out in the Returns and Refunds Policy.
9. RETURNS, WITHDRAWAL AND REFUNDS
MAXANDY offers a commercial 30-day return policy from the date of order receipt, subject to the conditions set out in the Returns and Refunds Policy.
This does not affect the statutory right of withdrawal granted to consumers under applicable European and national legislation.
For hygiene and health protection reasons, opened or used perfumes and skincare products, or products with tampered safety seals, may be excluded from the right of withdrawal in cases provided for by law.
The conditions, procedures, deadlines, and any applicable costs for returns are set out in the Returns and Refunds Policy published on the website.
Before shipping a product, the customer must contact customer service and await return instructions.
10. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Customers are encouraged to check the order contents immediately after delivery.
In the event of a damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect product, you should contact MAXANDY within 48 hours of receipt to allow for faster checks.
The report should include:
- order number;
- a description of the problem;
- photographs of the product;
- photographs of the inner and outer packaging;
- a photograph of the shipping label.
Reporting the issue within 48 hours is an organizational recommendation and does not limit the consumer rights recognized under applicable law.
11. STATUTORY CONFORMITY WARRANTY
Products sold by MAXANDY are covered by the statutory conformity warranty provided for under applicable Italian and European legislation.
The statutory warranty protects consumers when a product:
- is defective;
- does not correspond to the description;
- does not have the stated characteristics;
- is not suitable for its normally intended use;
- does not conform to the sales contract.
In the event of a lack of conformity, consumers retain all remedies provided by law.
