RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

1. GENERAL INFORMATION
MAXANDY is an e-commerce business operated by Massimo Gigliotti, with its registered office at Via Monte Bisbino 70, 21042 Caronno Pertusella (VA), Italy.
This Notice governs returns, the right of withdrawal, refunds, and reports relating to purchases made on the website www.maxandy.store.
2. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY
MAXANDY offers customers the option to request a return within 30 days of the order’s receipt date.
This more favorable commercial policy does not limit the mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable European and national law.
3. PRODUCT CONDITIONS
To be accepted under the commercial return policy, the product must:
- be in the same condition in which it was received;
- not have been used, consumed, altered, or damaged;
- include the original packaging, labels, and accessories;
- retain any security or protective seals intact;
- be accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase.
The customer is responsible for the packaging used for the return.
4. STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers residing in the European Union or the European Economic Area may exercise the right of withdrawal provided for by applicable law within 14 days of the date of receipt of the product, without having to provide a reason.
For other European countries, any mandatory protections provided by the law of the consumer’s country of residence shall apply.
In any event, MAXANDY maintains its commercial 30-day return policy, subject to the conditions set out in this notice.
5. HOW TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL OR REQUEST A RETURN

The request must include:
- first and last name;
- order number;
- the product you wish to return;
- withdrawal statement or reason for the return;
- photographs, when necessary.
MAXANDY will provide return instructions.
Products sent without prior notification may not be immediately identifiable or manageable.
6. RETURN DEADLINE
In the event of exercising the legal right of withdrawal, the product must be shipped without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of notification of the withdrawal.
For returns requested under the commercial policy within 30 days, the return must be made within the deadline indicated in the instructions provided by MAXANDY.

The customer must retain the receipt and tracking number until the procedure is completed.
8. RETURN COSTS
In the event of a change of mind or withdrawal, the direct return costs are borne by the customer.
The costs are instead borne by MAXANDY when the product received is:
- defective;
- damaged during transport;
- different from the one ordered;
- incomplete;
- does not conform to the essential characteristics stated.
The customer must not ship a defective or incorrect product independently before receiving instructions from MAXANDY.
9. PERFUMES AND SKINCARE PRODUCTS
For health and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal may be excluded in the cases provided for by applicable legislation for sealed products that have been opened after delivery and are no longer suitable for return.
Perfumes and skincare products must therefore be returned intact, unused, and with any security seals or hygienic packaging untampered with.
Opening only the outer packaging does not automatically result in refusal of the return if the product retains its seals intact and can be returned in safe conditions and in compliance with the law.
10. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
The customer is encouraged to check the order immediately after delivery.
In the event of a damaged, defective, incomplete, or different product from the one ordered, we recommend contacting MAXANDY within 48 hours to facilitate verification.
The report should include:
- order number;
- description of the problem;
- product photograph;
- packaging photographs;
- shipping label photograph.
The 48-hour period is an organizational recommendation and does not limit the rights granted to consumers by applicable legislation.
11. REFUND UNDER THE STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In the event of a valid withdrawal, MAXANDY will refund:
- the price of the product;
- any costs of the standard delivery method originally paid.
Additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method more expensive than the standard method offered will not be refunded.
The refund will be issued within 14 days of notification of withdrawal.
MAXANDY may suspend the refund until the returned products are received or until proof of their shipment is received, whichever occurs first.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the order, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
12. RETURNS FROM THE FIFTEENTH TO THE THIRTIETH DAY
For returns requested after the first 14 days but within the commercial 30-day period:
- the price of the accepted product will be refunded;
- original shipping costs will not be refunded, except in the case of a defective, damaged, or incorrect product;
- return shipping costs are borne by the customer;
- the product must comply with all the conditions of this policy.
The refund will be issued after the product has been received and inspected.
13. CREDITING TIMES
After the refund is issued, the actual crediting times depend on the bank, card issuer, or payment method.

14. STATUTORY GUARANTEE
The return policy and the right of withdrawal do not replace the statutory guarantee of conformity.
Consumers retain all remedies provided for by applicable legislation in the event of a defective, non-conforming, or incorrectly described product.
Consumers in the European Union are covered by the minimum statutory guarantee provided for by applicable European and national legislation.
